- This 48” plastic step-in post has eight (8) 1.5” insulators. This post can be used with 1.5” Pro-Tek Electric Tape, ½” Electric Tape, ElectroBraid, Electric Polywire, Electric Twine and Electric Rope. It is ideal for use with most electric horse fencing. The overall height of this post after installed into the ground is 42”. This post is also great for rotational grazing. It has a plastic foot peg that you step on to easily set the post into the ground.
