2009 EVENT DATES: Equine Affaire will return to the Eastern States Exposition in W. Springfield, MA, November 12–15, 2009Training Clinics, Seminars & Demonstrations
The 2009 Equine Affaire in Massachusetts will feature more than 60 in-depth clinics conducted by many of the nations foremost trainers, coaches, and competitors in three separate clinic arenas. More than 65 seminars and demonstrations will also be offered in the Seminar Stage and Demo Ring to cover subjects as wide-ranging as natural and alternative therapies, stable management, nutrition, and first aid techniques.
Many clinicians at Equine Affaire will be accepting horses and/or riders to participate in their clinics through the Ride With The Best program.
The Equine Affaire Versatile Horse & Rider Competition
The Versatile Horse & Rider Competition will be a timed and judged race through a challenging obstacle course designed to test communication between horse and rider as well as each competitors horsemanship skills. The competition will be open to adult riders of all disciplines and horses of all breeds.
Ken McNabb will judge the contest, and Tommy Garland will serve as the special guest commentator for this years competition as participants compete for $5,500 dollars in cash and other valuable prizes.
