The Horserail® spooler almost disappears into the fence line when installed and contains no sharp edges. It tightens up your Horserail® fence rails, so they are nice and straight. They will keep your rails nice and tight all year long.

Includes: One fence spooler and 2 metal pins. Two ½ inch ratchet handles are needed to operate the spooler and tighten the fence rails. These ratchet handles are sold separately.
