These Horserail® buckles splice together two ends of Horserail® fence without any tools. They do not require any stripping of wires and blend very nicely to appear as if the rail is one continuous run of fence. Each splice buckle is made from heavy-duty steel. They feature a one-piece design construction for superior strength and durability. Each buckle has a double layer of protection from the elements. It is first hot-dipped galvanized and then powder coated for a brilliant finish. They come in white, black or brown.
