Raceline Flex Fence coated wire is a non-electric horse fence solution that comes in 1320' rolls and is constructed of a class-3 12.5-gauge high-tensile wire. Raceline's patented polymer prevents splintering and breaking problems (preventing injuries) and is the most straightforward Flex Fence installation on the market with our new end loop post attachment. The polymer material also contains maximum color & UV inhibitors [polymer absorbs] and its mildew-resistant formula makes Flex Fence the future standard for horse farms.

When comparing Raceline to other high-tensile wire systems, please consider RAMM’s exclusive polymer (thicker, safer, visible, and more flexible) coating adds helps prevent injury. Raceline is a much safer and more feasible alternative for permanent fencing when compared to bare high-tensile wire, barbed wire, or even most woven mesh wire fences. With Flex Fence coated wire, you're saving on hardware costs while maintaining the safety of Flex Fence. It is much more feasible to add rails after the installation as well!

It is ideal for areas where a non-electric fence is needed such as small paddocks or dry lots, riding arenas, recovery or rehabilitation areas, round pens, and fence lines running along where the public can access. Raceline is also an excellent choice for combination fences, which yields an attractive and more economical fence. Many customers have combined Raceline with Shockline for their ideal horse fencing solution. If you are unsure whether you want to add electricity in the future or not, you can purchase Shockline instead and choose to electrify it down the road. *For more photos and ideas, we welcome you to visit our Raceline Flex Fence coated wire Pinterest board section.

Installation: It's recommended the rail spacing between the ground and the first rail can be 12", however, if there are smaller livestock involved (miniatures, goats, etc.) the rail spacing will need to be confined to 7" to prevent them from going under/through the fence. When installing your fence posts, because this is a high-tensile fence system, we highly recommend using diagonal brace plates to support the tension of the Raceline rails. Diagonal brace plates are the backbone of every great fencing system; they're used to attach brace posts to your corner, gate, and end posts. You can read more about the technique of installing your brace posts here.
