Shockline Flex Fence electric coated wire is a popular choice. The 5/16″ round polymer and high tensile wire rail, contains 3 conductive purified carbon strips. Its diameter is a little larger than a pencil. The rail flexes 6 “- 8” on impact and returns to its original shape. The thick polymer coating covers the high tensile wire making it safer with horses. The electric jolt gives the warning saying, ‘stay away’ so horses respect your fence lines. Shockline has a break strength of 1,400 pounds per rail. Use alone or in combination with other wider rails.

Shockline Flex electric coated wire has 1,400 pounds of break strength per rail and is the strongest electric fence RAMM carries! This affordable Class 3, 12.5-gauge high-tensile wire fencing features RAMM’s exclusive polyethylene coating for added safety and visibility. This fence says “stay away” to your horse, similar to a bite or kick from another horse, but without the adverse effects. Thicker than others, the 5/16″ diameter rail is a safer alternative, allowing the rail to roll and flex up to 6″-8″ on impact.

Add a top rail of this electric horse fence to shared or common fence lines where horses play and lean. Use between rails where horses reach through or at the bottom of your horses’ fence line to keep them from pushing rails to eat grass. Shockline will help maintenance costs by keeping abuse at bay.
