Shockline Flex Fence electric coated wire is a popular choice. The 5/16″ round polymer and high tensile wire rail, contains 3 conductive purified carbon strips. Its diameter is a little larger than a pencil. The rail flexes 6 “- 8” on impact and returns to its original shape. The thick polymer coating covers the high tensile wire making it safer with horses. The electric jolt gives the warning saying, ‘stay away’ so horses respect your fence lines.
