Essex Stall Front Kits are easily accessorized. All grillwork is spaced 3.25″ and has a galvalume finish to resist rust. Grill bars are seated in a heavy duty rubber grommet that eliminates rattling.  Sliding door track and trollies are a one touch system making opening and closing your door smoother. They can be used for new builds or can be retrofitted in an existing barn. Customizing can be done on site – making Essex fronts versatile and an economical choice.

Essex full grill front with V-Door opening and feed opening. Adding a welded V-door Insert (sold separately) allows the stall door to become fully grilled. The feed opening allows you to feed grain or supplements easily from your aisle, saving time. Easier to assemble and the galvalume finish provides enhanced rust protection. Essex stalls must be installed with wood or metal support posts. All hardware is included; you supply the wood to save freight costs.
