The 1.5" universal post tape insulators attach electric tape fencing to either wood or vinyl posts and then locks to hold the rail tight. Made from impact-resistant polyethylene, these universal post insulators are both impact-resistant and protected against UV deterioration. When attached, the locking face holds the electric tape tight reducing wind vibration.
