The Essex grillwork channel comes in four different sizes: 48″, 65″, 72″, & 91″. The 48″ grill channel is also the stall door’s bottom grill channel – compatible with our Essex standard horse stalls.

Essex grillwork channels are used to build grilled stall fronts, partitions, and doors. These channels have pre-drilled holes and feature a rust-resistant zinc coating. They are available in four different sizes: 48″, 65″, 72″, & 91″.
- 48″ Grillwork Channel – Each channel is sold individually, but requires ten (10) stall screws and fifteen (15) horse stall grommets for installation. Also used as Essex stall doors’ bottom grill channel.
- 65″ Grillwork Channel – Each channel is sold individually, but requires ten (10) stall screws and twenty (20) horse stall grommets for installation.
- 72″ Grillwork Channel – Each channel is sold individually, but requires twelve (12) stall screws and twenty-two (22) horse stall grommets for installation.
- 91″ Grillwork Channel – Each channel is sold individually, but requires fourteen (14) stall screws and twenty-eight (28) horse stall grommets for installation. If you’d like to make a 91″ grillwork section with a feed door, you will need: (2) 91″ grill channels, (21) horse stall grill bars, (11) 1-3/8″ feed opening plugs, (1, 50-pack) horse stall grommets, (28) stall screws, and (1) feed door kit.
