Essex Grill Channel

Essex grillwork channels are used to build grilled stall fronts, partitions, and doors. These channels have pre-drilled holes and feature a rust-resistant zinc coating. They are available in four different sizes: 48″, 65″, 72″, & 91″.

48″ Grillwork Channel – Each channel is sold individually, but requires ten (10) stall screws and fifteen (15) horse stall grommets for installation. Also used as Essex stall doors’ bottom grill channel.
65″ Grillwork Channel – Each channel is sold individually, but requires ten (10) stall screws and twenty (20) horse stall grommets for installation.
72″ Grillwork Channel – Each channel is sold individually, but requires twelve (12) stall screws and twenty-two (22) horse stall grommets for installation.
91″ Grillwork Channel – Each channel is sold individually, but requires fourteen (14) stall screws and twenty-eight (28) horse stall grommets for installation. If you’d like to make a 91″ grillwork section with a feed door, you will need: (2) 91″ grill channels, (21) horse stall grill bars, (11) 1-3/8″ feed opening plugs, (1, 50-pack) horse stall grommets, (28) stall screws, and (1) feed door kit.
