A sliding barn door is incredibly heavy, and the mounting hardware must withstand the constant stress, vibration, and impact of daily barn chores. Standard screws simply cannot handle the load. These lag screws provide the deep, structural anchoring necessary to keep your track permanently fixed to your door posts.

To install, simply fasten two 1/4″ x 4″ hex head lag screws—paired with two 1/4″ flat washers—through the holes along the top edge of the track directly into the door post locations.

Installation: Before your Premium track is set, please make sure the holes in the track align with the doorposts for the 1/4″ x 4″ hex head lag screws. Fasten two 1/4″ x 4″ hex head lag screws along with two 1/4″ flat washers through the holes along the top edge of the track at the door post locations.
